Due to the complex, chemical nature of perming and permanent straightening, a thorough, in-depth assessment is absolutely critical.

You MUST book a consultation with Paul to discuss your requirements prior to placing any bookings for Perming or Permanent Straightening services. Everyone's hair is unique and reacts differently. This consultation will assess:

Suitability: Determine if your hair’s current condition and history (especially previous colour/bleach) can safely handle the service.

Achievability: Confirm if your desired texture goals are realistic and achievable on your hair type.

Bespoke Plan: Paul will create a custom plan to ensure your hair is left in the best possible condition.

The prices listed below are volume perm, body perm curl or texture starting points. The final price is determined by the length, thickness, and time required for your bespoke service, confirmed during your consultation.

Volume: from £60.00

Root gel up to 6 weeks root lift.

Standard Glamour Wave Perm from £95.00

A classic hair perm for short to mid-length hair.

Designer Perming from £120.00

A bespoke perm specialist service tailored to your hair & for long thick hair.

Hair Straightening from £190.00

Permanent hair straightening. (New hair growth following this treatment will be your original hair texture and form).

Final Price: The final price can only be given after your consultation with Paul, once the total time and product volume have been calculated.

Exclusions: All texture services exclude Cutting and Styling. You must select and book a suitable Cut & Finish or Professional Blow Dry as a necessary add-on to your texture service to complete the look.

Due to the chemical complexity and significant time commitment required for hair perm, volume perm, body perm curl or texture, and Permanent Straightening, a mandatory pre-service procedure is in place to ensure your safety and guarantee the health and integrity of your hair.

Mandatory Consultation & Test Curl Policy

MANDATORY before any booking is confirmed. You must book a consultation with our Texture Expert & perm specialist, Paul, to assess your hair's history, current condition, and suitability for the chemical service.

MANDATORY for all perming and straightening services. The consultation should be at least 2- 3 weeks prior to any service so that we may perform a test curl and assess the results. No Test, No Service

Under NO circumstances will we proceed with any chemical texture service without a valid consultation and a successful test curl on file.

Mandatory Home Care Guarantee: Perming and Texture Services

Your hair perm, volume perm, body perm curl or texture service (Perming or Straightening) is a chemical investment that structurally changes your hair. The bounce, longevity of the curl, and overall health of your hair are directly dependent on specific, gentle aftercare.

To validate your service guarantee:

You MUST purchase and exclusively use the professional cleansing and maintenance products (sulphate-free shampoo, conditioner, and any recommended curl treatment) advised by our perm specialist, Paul, purchased either directly from your stylist in the salon or from our online store where we are assured that it is genuine professional product.

Paul will prescribe a bespoke aftercare and styling plan to ensure the chemical bonds set correctly and the hair remains conditioned, flexible, and shiny.

Failure to use the professional products and adhere to the aftercare plan will void any guarantee. This is because non-professional products contain ingredients (like harsh sulphates or mineral oils) that will strip the chemical treatment, cause damage, and result in premature loss of curl or texture.

We are committed to providing the finest permanent texture results, but the longevity and integrity of your new texture are not guaranteed if you fail to take the necessary care and use the wrong products at home.
