Allowing Time: Selecting the correct option ensures the necessary extra time is reserved to complete your service to our high standards.

Time Unavailable: If you cannot find the Long or Thick hair option when attempting to book, it means the required extended time slot is currently unavailable.

Cancellation Risk: Selecting the wrong option may lead to the cancellation of your appointment and cancellation charges will apply.

Age Limit: This service is strictly for children under 12 years old. Teenagers (age 12 and over) must book the appropriate adult-level short or long hair category to allow for the required time and technical complexity.

Your children's hair cut is an investment in a manageable and tidy style. To maintain the cleanliness of the shape and the ease of styling between appointments, correct home maintenance is essential.

To validate your style maintenance guarantee:

The parent/guardian MUST purchase and exclusively use the professional cleansing and detangling products (shampoo, conditioner, and any recommended spray) advised and used by your children’s hairdresser , purchased either directly from your stylist in the salon or from our online store where we are assured that it is genuine professional product.

Your stylist will prescribe a bespoke home care and styling plan, including the specific products and techniques needed to consistently recreate the sharp, tailored salon look yourself.

Failure to use the professional products and recommended techniques will void any style maintenance guarantee. Non-professional products can cause excessive tangling, dry out the hair, and lead to poor condition that compromises the integrity of the cut.
