Mandatory Colour Safety & Consultation Policy
As hair colour correction specialists and due to the chemical nature and commitment required for all professional hair colour colour services, the following protocol is mandatory:
Allergy Alert Test (AAT):
An AAT must be carried out in the salon at least 48 hours prior to any expert hair colouring service and is valid for 90 days. No Test, No Service.
Mandatory Consultation for New/ Colour Changing Clients:
New Clients: As expert hair colouring specialists and our commitment to safety and quality, a consultation must be booked prior to making any colouring appointments. We need to assess your hair and requirements, perform a detailed hair scan, and, in some cases, perform a test strand to explore hair colour options and see the end colour result, condition of the hair, and perform the necessary AAT. This is one of the reasons we are known to be the best hair colourists in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Existing Clients: A consultation also applies if you are changing your colour. As hair colour correction specialists, again we need to assess your hair and requirements, perform a detailed hair scan, and, in some cases, perform a test strand to see the end colour result and condition of the hair, and perform the necessary AAT.
Important Note
Clients must not book any expert hair colouring services until a consultation has been carried out and approved by a stylist.
