Jack's journey with us began in 2017 with barbering training and qualification! His passion for hair quickly propelled him forward. He achieved his Level 2 hairdressing qualification and then went on to earn a distinction in his advanced Level 3 qualification.
His exceptional skills and dedication led to his well-deserved promotion to Artistic Director in February 2022. We're consistently impressed by Jack's drive, motivation, and meticulous attention to detail, qualities that our clients absolutely adore!
Jack's talent has been recognised on a national level, having been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at the UK Hair and Beauty Awards 2022, and again in 2024 for Hairdresser of the Year!

" I am 28 years old and originally from Newcastle. In 2018 I decided that I wanted to follow a path in hairdressing. I started a Barbering course in 2017 which I passed with a merit! During my Barbering course I joined Paul and the team one day a week along side a full time job.
Once I completed Barbering I then started and completed a NVQ Level 2 course in hairdressing before progressing onto the advanced NVQ Level 3 ,which alongside being shortlisted into the Rising Star category for 2022 & 2023 in the Uk Hair and Beauty Awards 2022 I gained a promotion to Artistic Director. I have a full time position at Collective Hairdressing and can not wait to further advance my skills along with new services coming soon.
The whole Team have made me feel so welcome and I am enjoying every minute. Since starting Paul has taught me a lot of new skills. I can not wait to see what the future holds."

Brooke joined our team in February 2024, bringing with her a strong foundation from a year of college training. Recognising the invaluable experience of hands-on salon work, she chose to further her journey with us.
Brooke's eagerness to learn is truly inspiring! She's a keen observer, absorbing knowledge from our experienced stylists every day. Her dedication and quick learning have already made her a valuable asset to the team.
