RefectoCil® Blonde Brow

RefectoCil® Blonde Brow is a unique bleaching paste that we use to lighten brows up to three shades. This paste is safe to use, even on the sensitive eye area, and is specially developed to show less redness than traditional bleaching pastes. It may be on for up to 20 minutes depending upon the desired results.  It's perfect for clients who have naturally dark eyebrows and lighter hair or for those who want to make grey, white, and bristly eyebrows take on colour again.
