Our Artistic Director & Barber is Jack Crozier. He is 28 years old and started his journey in Barbering in 2017. Jack then went on to complete his hairdressing Level 2 and continued to the advanced hairdressing Level 3 qualification before being promoted to Artistic Director in February 2022.

 We love the drive and motivation Jack has along with the attention to detail he gives to each of his clients and so do the they!

Jack was shortlisted in the UK Hair and Beauty Awards 2022 for the Rising Star Award!!

 " I am 28 years old and originally from Newcastle. In 2018 I decided that I wanted to follow a path in hairdressing. I started a Barbering course in 2017 which I passed with a merit! During my Barbering course I joined Paul and the team one day a week along side a full time job.

Once I completed Barbering I then started and completed a NVQ Level 2 course in hairdressing before progressing onto the advanced NVQ Level 3 ,which alongside being shortlisted into the Rising Star category for 2022 & 2023 in the Uk Hair and Beauty Awards 2022  I gained a promotion to Artistic Director. I have a full time position at Collective Hairdressing and can not wait to further advance my skills along with new services coming soon.

The whole Team have made me feel so welcome and I am enjoying every minute. Since starting Paul has taught me a lot of new skills. I can not wait to see what the future holds."

When the opportunity came to join Collective Hairdressing, it was a no-brainer to take it due to their already strong reputation across the region and within the hair industry. BROOKE WHALL

Head Apprentice

Brooke Whall, is our head apprentice.

Brooke joined our Team in February 2024 after completing a one year course at a college. Brooke decided that she would gain far more working within the salon environment and applied to our salon.

Brooke is qualified to carry out our Keratin Revolution treatments and is a hit with her returning clients passing on her knowledge and advice.

She is eager to learn and always watching and we can not wait to help her develop into a fabulous hairstylist!

"  I am 19 years old and I have wanted to be a hairdresser for as long as I can remember.

Securing an apprenticeship at Collective, I feel like dreams can come true .

The team at Collective are so friendly, welcoming and have made me feel very comfortable since my first day.
